So at first I am thinking it is a bad new video card, but, I started testing other games - and they run perfectly at full speed. Full speed is 1404 MHz gpu clock, 3500 MHz memory clock. Usually downclocks for like 3-5 seconds.īy downclock, I mean the card drops down to 405 MHz gpu clock, and 324mhz on memory clock. Sometimes every 10-15 seconds, sometimes further out than that. By that I mean, when I start off it is ok, then the video card starts downlocking on me, every few seconds, for a few seconds, over and over whilst playing ROF.
